Training Runs - 2010
- Training runs are Saturdays, January 16 and 30 and February 13 and 27, 2010. The training runs will start from, The Lodge, located off of Exit 109 or 110 of Route 17 (see directions on directions page) and will begin at 9 am. The course will be marked with yellow arrows at turns only and water and Gatorade will be put out at miles 3, 4.5, 8.5, and just short of 10 (approximate).
- For anyone not able to make training runs on Saturdays and interested in trying it out on a Sunday, the course will be marked from the day before and I can e-mail written directions to anyone interested. Water and Gatorade will not be placed on Sundays.
- E-mails will go out prior to each training run.
- All training runs are weather permitting.
